Last weekend was somewhat extraordinary in terms of achievement for the new Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT3 and GT4 as their partner teams and drivers hauled in the silverware all over Europe.

On Saturday F1 racer Martin Brundle and his son Alex finished second in class in an AMR Performance Centre Vantage GT4 around the Nürburgring Nordschleife in VLN7.

Then in the BLANCPAIN GT SERIES Endurance Cup, all three AMR partner teams R Motorsport, Garage 59 and TF Sport took podiums in the championship finale at Barcelona.

But more significantly, TF Sport drivers Salih Yoluc, Ahmad Al Harthy and Charlie Eastwood clinched the Pro-Am Drivers’ and Teams’ titles.

These were the first two international titles for the Vantage GT3 and combined with the British GT Championship successes earlier in the month, takes the car’s title tally to four – not a bad haul in its debut season!
