FF Corse have announced today that they have retained Adam Carroll and Gary Eastwood to contend the 2015 British GT in the team’s Ferrari 458 GT3.
“We are really pleased that Gary Eastwood has signed to do British GT again this year with us in the Ferrari and also that he has retained Adam Carroll as his co-driver for the season.” said Team Principal Anthony Cheshire. “We firmly believe that we have one of the best Pro/Am driver combinations available and I am really excited about the team’s prospects for the forthcoming season.
“Under the stewardship of our highly experienced Team Manager, Malcolm Swetnam, we are also looking at the possibility of entering one or two more Ferrari 458 GT3’s at selected rounds and have been in discussion with a number of drivers about this planned expansion.”
“2014 was a mixed bag of fortunes for us and many other teams challenging for the title. It was some of the best racing I have ever competed in, and the win at Rockingham was unexpected but a special memory for Rob, Myself and FF Corse.” commented Eastwood. “Being on the podium during the year more than expected gave us a glimpse of what we could achieve . Unfortunately it wasn’t our year to take the title but it was great fun trying! Congratulations to Marco, Alexander, and the team on a sterling effort and lifting the title!
“Adam, FF Corse and I come into 2015 with every belief that we can lift the title. We will be giving it 100% commitment from the starting blocks at Oulton through the season to the final at Donington. There is as in past years a very strong line-up of driver pairings, teams and cars making for some very strong competition and challenging races but that is what British GT is all about, not for the faint hearted !! We’re in it to win it and if we didn’t think we could we wouldn’t be there… We’re ready to RUMBLE !!”
