Graff Racing and Ginetta have today announced that the successful French team will enter a Ginetta G57-P2 car into the inaugural rounds of the new-for-2017 24H Proto Series, which is set to support the Dubai 24 Hours on 10 – 11 January 2017.

With an impressive 29 titles across the globe, including the 2016 vice-championship of the European Le Mans Series, Graff Racing is one of the leading lights in international competition.

“We have shared a grid with Graff for a number of years in the V de V Championship, European Le Mans Series and Road to Le Mans, and on every occasion, it’s been very clear to us that Graff Racing is amongst the best teams in prototype competition.” said Ewan Baldry, Ginetta Managing Director.

“The entire outfit is immensely professional and passionate about the racing they do, an approach which sits perfectly with that of Ginetta as we look to increase our presence across Europe. We hope this blossoming relationship is the start of a strong partnership between our two companies.”

“We have the same objectives which are to provide a quality service and a fast car for our drivers of the Ginetta G57-P2 in the fantastic Dubai 24 Hour support series which launches in January.” added Pascal Rauturier, Graff Racing Team Manager.

As former on-track rivals, Baldry and Rauturier have worked closely over the past few months, establishing what will undoubtedly be formidable pairing in 2017.

The complete driver line up for the inaugural race will be the subject of a later announcement.
