Ebimotors have announced via Twitter a second year in the European Le Mans Series for 2019.

The Italian GTE team led by Enrico Borghi, which also raced at Le Mans in 2018, will again run a Porsche 911 RSR in the GTE AM category.

While no announcement has yet been made, it is likely that the “Italian” Porsche will once again be requesting a place on the grid for the Le Mans 24 Hours next June.

The successful Italian team has already kicked off its 2019 season with an entry in the classic Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona GTD category with a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 where they finished 19th.

An official announcement has yet to be made naming the drivers.
