Former F1 driver Scott Speed and Audi LMP1 driver Loic Duval will make their Formula E debut at this weekends Miami ePrix. 

Speed who first experienced a Formula E car at Donington during testing, has been drafted in to replace Marco Andretti for Andretti Autosport.

The 32 feels like he’s going back to school this weekend, “It’s been so long since I raced an open-wheel car, I feel like I am getting ready for the first day of school,” Speed said.

“So much excitement! Having this opportunity with Andretti is amazing. It’s super cool to be able to race so many different types of cars within the team.

While Duval will have his first experience in a Formula E car when he replaces Oriol Servia at Dragon Racing.

It will be a new experience for Duval who has previously raced in LMP1 machinery fro Audi  along with Super GT, and Formula Nippon in Japan.

After a two month break Formula E returns this weekend with the Miami ePrix.
