No 43 KEOracing Ligier JS P3 - Nissan, LMP3, Yoshiharu Mori, Scott Andrews, Michelin Le Mans Cup, Monza, 2017

With no red flags and only a single yellow at turn 6, Friday’s second free practice session finished with Scott Andrews at the top of the timing sheets. The Australian driver powered his #43 Ligier JSP3 Nissan to a lap time of 1:47.268, edging out Alain Costa in the #99 N’RACE Ligier by a mere 0.030s. 

Claudio Sdanewitsch  brought home his #55 SPIRIT OF RACE Ligier in 1:47.348 to round out the top three positions. 

No 5 Ram Racing Mercedes AMG GT3, Remon Vos, Tom Onslow-Cole, Michelin Le Mans Cup, Monza, 2017

The fastest of the GT3 cars was the Mercedes AMG GT3 with Tom Onslow Cole setting a 1:49.632 to put the car 12th overall. Fabio Babini  was second in the #46 Lamborghini Huracan GT3, 0.017s adrift with Joe Osbourne bringing in his Audi R8 LMS third with a respectable 1:50.584.

All the cars ran with the exception of the #7 Lee MOWLE Mercedes AMG GT3 which was still being repaired following a fire in the morning session.
